Pastor David A. Roschke retired from Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church in Houston in 2016. He helped to organized the synod’s Mission Endowment Fund in 1999 and has served on the Board of Directors since its inception. In addition to his congregational ministry and MEF leadership, he has been a long-time participant in community, ecumenical and interfaith ventures.
